Cheese is very common in tasting sessions. The most attractive component with cheese is that there are so many different tastes and tastings that one can do. Both with combinations from cheeses from a specific region and different kinds of milk.
We have selected a number of cheese tastings to offer:
- Cheese and wine: A classical tasting where we go thorough the different cheese families, different ways to taste cheese, plating tips, as well as taste with different supplements and combine with wine.
- Small scale cheese craftsmanship: locally produced cheeses with local supplements.
- Classical cheese tasting: A tasting of French cheeses and supplements which accompany the French cheese culture.
- Beer and cheese in combination.
Our cheese tastings can be carried out as a single activity or in conjunction with a cooking activity.
