Our menus

We change our menus in line with the seasons with a new menu coming out approximately every eight to ten weeks.

Our Chef de cuisine and his team develops and tests each menu very carefully and ensures each dish can be cooked by “amateur chefs” as well as people with no kitchen experience. The trick is to create a menu which is easy to cook but surprises at the table through being innovative and advanced.

Our sommelier carefully samples and selects the perfect wines to accompany each dish. We offer four different wine packages to suit different budgets and tastes. Each menu consists of four dishes so there is an opportunity to taste a variety of wines alongside delicious, well-composed dishes.
