AVEQIA London menus
Our menu changes seasonally, taking inspiration from the Swedish forests and waters as well as the top Swedish and Scandinavian restaurants where our chefs have trained.
Our Head Chef and his team carefully develop each menu, ensuring each dish can be cooked by “amateur chefs” as well as those with no kitchen experience. Classic ingredients are used in innovative combinations to create enticing dishes for our guests to prepare and enjoy. We only use ingredients of the highest quality and, wherever possible, local and organic produce.
The menus differ slightly between our Swedish AVEQIA and UK venues, this is to ensure our guests are offered the best possible local produce and experience for each season.
Ensuring each and every guest savors the AVEQIA experience to the full, we provide alternative dishes for those with dietary requirements. Please inform our team in advance whenever possible.
