Conference at AVEQIA – Business & Pleasure at the same time!

At AVEQIA, you can host your conference in a warm and welcoming environment in a central location, combined with one of our cooking experiences.

We can accommodate conference groups of various sizes, with capacity for up to 42 guests depending on the chosen setup and requirements. Naturally, we provide all standard conference equipment and technology. Our venue features large windows that fill the rooms with natural light, as well as high ceilings that create a bright, spacious, and inspiring atmosphere – ideal for productive discussions and focused work.

Throughout the day, we will serve coffee and a fresh lunch prepared exclusively for your group by our chefs, which is often one of the highlights of the experience.

Conference and Cooking as an Event

Combining a conference with a hands-on cooking experience is a highly appreciated concept that inspires participants while strengthening relationships and teamwork. It is equally suitable for internal meetings and team events as it is for gatherings with clients, partners, or other stakeholders.

The cooking experience can be arranged either as a lunch or dinner activity, depending on your preferences and schedule.

Full- or half day?

A half day conference at AVEQIA can mean a morning conference followed by an inspiring 3-or 4-course lunch, cooked by your group (accompanied with wine or non-alcoholic beverages), alternatively the conference can take place in the afternoon followed by an interactive cooking session where you cook and eat a 4-course dinner together. You can either start the day with lunch (cooked by us) or pop in after lunch on the town.

If you prefer a full day conference we will look after you the entire day, serve you coffee and cakes during your breaks, serve you lunch and make sure you have everything you need. The grand finale of your day is the full experience with the joint cooking and eating of a 4-course dinner, great beverages and a relaxed evening in great company!
