Our chefs have broken down the cooking into steps so that nothing feels impossible, even if the dishes look advanced at first glance. We then add a cozy home-like atmosphere which creates great conditions for guests to relax, let go of titles, prestige and any reservations they may have. This allows them to open up to each other in a way that no other activity can do. We’ve also made sure that there’s plenty of time for conversation, not just cooking!
In our private cooking and dining studios, you’ll hold your group’s undivided attention for 4.5 hours. This is because we know that trust is difficult to build in a stuffy, cramped and loud environment in 2 hours. Regardless of whether you book a daytime conference with interactive lunch, an interactive dinner session or our Champagne tasting with seafood dinner, your party will enjoy the seclusion of a private dining room.

Do we have to prepare ourselves for a visit to AVEQIA?
No! We prepare everything and you just turn up, whether it’s for a day or evening activity. After the activity, we will send out recipes that you, as the booker, can pass on to your guests – a great way to follow up the activity. All we ask is that you let us know the final number of participants and any allergies or preferences 10 days before your visit. This allows us to adapt the number of chefs and the menu for your group’s allergies.
