Spring menu 2024

Spring is sneaking up on us, and despite the rapid temperature changes, we are definitely heading for warmer times!

Despite the classic Swedish spring weather, the light has returned and warmth is just around the corner. We have of course longed for everything that spring offers in the form of produce, and we love all the light, fresh things that are associated with spring. How about delicate scallops with crispy cucumber, exciting two-color pasta with beurre blanc from fermented potato juice, whole roasted saddle of lamb, and a delightful dessert of crispy rhubarb and delicious brown butter cake?
