The summer menu is here!
We went straight from winter to summer this year, and it’s time to switch from our (very low key) spring menu to the summer menu! When it’s summer in Sweden, you want tasty vegetables topped with delicious protein and that’s what we wanted to create here. The menu starts with lovely white asparagus with matjes herring foam reminiscent of midsummer, then we treat youn to an exciting Swedish taco with rooster, followed by a fine Swedish entrecote steak with baked silver onions and Madeira gravy. The crowning glory is a magical favorite, lemon tartlet with urfa pepper and strawberry sorbet.

Crispy rooster on smoked flatbread with horseradish mayonnaise, pickled cabbage and coriander crust
Grilled Entrecôte with baked silver onions, tomato emulsion, crispy onions and Madeira gravy
Lemon tart with strawberry sorbet, Urfa pepper and marinated strawberries
