Welcome to AVEQIAs winter menu!
As we turn the page from 2023, we want to start the new year with fresh flavors. This time it’s a completely pescetarian menu filled with goodies. How about dumpling with mushrooms and skock, Swedish langoustine taco, cod back with crispy potatoes and roe, and chocolate tartlet with cherry sorbet? A really strong menu that will make your tastebuds sing!

Dumpling with mushrooms and Jerusalem artichoke, Fireweed broth and grilled chili oil
Pan-fried langoustines with maple syrup, potato flatbread, langoustine- and pepper emulsion and smoked blood orange
Panfried Skrei cod, crispy potatoes, leek foam, vendace roe and lemon vinaigrette
Chocolate tartlet with toffee, chocolate mousse, liquorice lava and cherry sorbet
