Welcome to AVEQIAs winter menu!

Now we’ve turned the page from 2022 into 2023 we would like to start the new year with new, fresh flavours. How about grilled langoustine, potato bread with mushrooms, monkfish with rosemary and macarons with chocolate, sea buckthorn and zingy citrus fruits? A really strong menu that will make your tastebuds sing! We wish you a warm welcome!

Grilled langoustine with seaweed, kohlrabi, apple and butter foam

Plum glazed mushrooms with potato bread, cheese emulsion and white onion

Pan fried monkfish with rosemary, barigoule of white beans, mushroom velouté and endive

Macaron with chocolate ganache, sea buckthorn- and orange sorbet and orange caramel
