Autumn menu 2020

Nature’s colours are shifting and we are moving into the cooler, darker part of the year. But there are still delicacies to harvest, both cultivated and in the forest. For this years autumn meny our chefs have focussed on vegetables, accompanied by meat and shellfish of the highest quality. Here we have a lovely array of mushrooms, fresh lobster, tender beef and for the grand finale; a zero waste dessert from crispy apples.
