Spring is finally here for real and with that it’s high time we presented AVEQIA spring menu! We are all looking forward to brighter, greener days despite the lingering pandemic that still holds us back from a return to full normality. In our spring menu our chefs have focussed on delicacies in season cooked to perfection. How about charred zander, white asparagus with matjes foam, spicy lamb and caramel tarte with rhubarb sorbet?
We hope that those of you who are healthy, have antibodies, are vaccinated or just exceptionally good at keeping social distance and clean hands are as excited as we are about this new menu and book a visit!
