Winter menu 2022

The winter is under way, but we’re moving into brighter times in every sense of the word.  It’s time for us to change menu again and this time our chefs are treating us to an exciting menu filled with wonderful produce from both land and sea. We handle our ingredients with the greatest care and apply different cooking techniques in order to enhance the flavours and features of each and every one of them.

Locally grown salad, tarragon mayonnaise, vinegar crisps, pickled onion and cucumber and shredded paté

Crispy pork cheek with flatbread, horseradish mayonnaise, fermented sweetheart cabbage and malted soil

Baked skrei cod, grilled cabbage, charred broccoli and white wine sauce with   buttermilk and caviar

Milk sorbet with brownie, almond praline, chocolate nougatine and boozy cherries
