AVEQIAs menus
Here you’ll find our seasonal menus
AVEQIAs menus are adapted to the seasons and suit chefs at all levels
The menu at AVEQIA is of course a very important part of our experience. In order to guarantee the quality of the experience, our head chef develops and samples all menus together with our team of chefs. This is an important step in ensuring all dishes can be prepared by guests with varied experience and knowledge in the kitchen – we know that not all of our guests are master chefs! The trick is to create a menu that is easy to prepare but that surprises at the table by being advanced and innovative, and that also includes new techniques and experiences. We want to move the participants a little bit outside their comfort zone, regardless of whether they are experienced in the kitchen or not.
We always work with the best ingredients our suppliers can offer and they are often involved in and advice us during the menu process. Sustainability is a guiding star for us; we use organic produce to a large extent and our way of working means that we have extremely little or no waste.
When it comes to food allergies and preferences, we can adapt the menu for most allergies, as well as make the menu vegetarian. We offer an adaptation to vegan options for a fee as a vegan menu means that we have to use completely different products and methods.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer the possibility for parties to create their own menu.
