Our Head Chef and their team develops and tests each menu very carefully and ensures each dish can be cooked by guests of all kitchen experience. The trick is to create a menu which is relatively easy to cook but surprises at the table through by using innovative techniques and excellent ingredients.
We offer four different wine packages to suit different budgets and tastes. Each menu consists of four dishes so there is an opportunity to taste a variety of wines alongside delicious, carefully crafted dishes. For those of our guests who prefer non-alcoholic alternatives we offer a drinks package with an excellent range of beverages, matched in the same way as our wine packages.

Winter is finally losing its grip of our northern lands and we look forward to a new menu at AVEQIA. Grilled pike-perch, white asparagus, roasted spring lamb and poached rhubarb are just some of the delicacies featured.
AVEQIA finishes the year with a christmas menu full of goodies such as hot smoked char, beets with goats cheese, cornfed duck with red cabbage and kale.
For this year’s autumn menu, the Chefs have placed the vegetables in the spotlight, backed up by meat and fish of the highest quality.
