Our Menus

Our Menu Philosophy

We change our menus each season with a new menu coming out approximately every two to three months.

Our Head Chef and their team develops and tests each menu very carefully and ensures each dish can be cooked by guests of all kitchen experience. The trick is to create a menu which is relatively easy to cook but surprises at the table through by using innovative techniques and excellent ingredients.

We carefully select the perfect wines to accompany each dish.

We offer four different wine packages to suit different budgets and tastes. Each menu consists of four dishes so there is an opportunity to taste a variety of wines alongside delicious, carefully crafted dishes. For those of our guests who prefer non-alcoholic alternatives we offer a drinks package with an excellent range of beverages, matched in the same way as our wine packages.

Christmas menu 2019

AVEQIA finishes the year with a christmas menu full of goodies such as hot smoked char, beets with goats cheese, cornfed duck with red cabbage and kale.

Autumn menu 2019

For this year’s autumn menu, the Chefs have placed the vegetables in the spotlight, backed up by meat and fish of the highest quality.

Winter menu 2020

Our winter menu features the season’s best produce and creative cooking methods. On this menu we cook fresh lobster, home made tortellini and yummy donuts

Summer menu 2019

AVEQIAs chefs are eager to present the fist version of this year’s summer menu and they invite you to experience four wonderfully fresh and green dishes.
