History
Family-owned Champagne Bonnaire was founed in 1932. The vineyard spands over 22 hectars and is situated in the village Cramant, just south of Épernay. This area is especially well-known for wines made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The Bonnaire owners are putting major effort into optimizing the handling of the vines and to take good care of the property. The management of the vineyard is the center of Bonnaires entire activity.
Wine production & terroir
After bottling, a second fermentation takes place (standard rule for Champagne). Whe wine is resting on the lees in the bottle for 48 months.

Flavour profile
This is a very fresh Champagne with clear notes of lemon, green apples and toasted bread.
