In order to offer our guests a high-class gastronomic experience we have a partnership with well known raw food chef Ida Högberg. In collaboration with AVEQIAs team of chefs Ida has created an exciting menu and inspiring experience. During your session Ida will introduce you to the background, philosophy and methodology behind raw food.
The activity works just as well for novices as the initiated; Idas passion is contagious and you will be thoroughly inspired!
The 4-course menu that we prepare together consists of creatively prepared raw vegetables. How about marinated polka beets with cashew nut paté and coriander crème, vegetable noodles, sunflower seed balls and raw chocolate truffles that melt in your mouth?
