Emma’s interest in cooking springs from her grandmother and it’s from her kitchen Emma’s love of food and the craftsmanship around it comes.

“I have always been creative and enjoyed the creative process immensely. During my teens, I took over the cooking at home from my parents and after that I never looked back”

She’s inspired by great produce and restaurant visits. Some of her favourites are Bar Agrikultur, Sensum and La Vecchia Signora. Restaurants she’s worked in have also contributed to Emmas cooking philosophy, among these are PM and friends, Djuret, Flickan, Oaxen and restaurant Volt.

Emma also has a solid career in competitions, both as a member of the junior national culinary team and the professional national culinary team. She’s also made it to the final in Swedens Chef of the Year competition, been part of Sebastian Gibrand’s team in Bocuse d’Or and also in Kockarnas Kamp on TV4 where she took second place.
