Kent is a real Stockholm boy at heart and he’s had a long and illustrious career at some of Stockholms most legendary restaurants. He’s worked at the Grand Hôtel Stockholm, Restaurang Street, Berns, Gyldene Freden and Franska Matsalen among others. He’s also worked at AVEQIA for many years.

My strongest food memory is from when I, aged four, ran away to my grandfather where I was served stacks of pancakes with homemade blueberry jam.
