Champagne tasting with seafood meal<\/h2>\n

We love Champagne, and we’re pretty sure many of our guests do too! That’s why we’ve created this experience that takes you and your party on a shared learning journey through 6 different Champagnes, 3 of which are vintage wines. Our knowledgeable sommelier will guide you with a warm hand through the different beverages and share interesting facts about the wines along with anecdotes and of course the characteristics of the different Champagnes along the way. In this setting there are no stupid questions – and you’ll have time to air all your musings.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve sampled all the drinks, the table is set with an impressive seafood dinner filled with the delights of the sea. Here you can put the flavour combinations with champagne to the test for real! For those guests who want to get a bit hands-on; here’s an opportunity to be guided by our chef in the art of opening oysters and scallops (depending on the season), or perhaps someone is keen to put the lobster tails on the grill?<\/p>\n

After the Champagne tasting and the meal is finished, you are welcome to hang out in our cozy bar where you can enjoy drinks and wines from our wine cellar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
