When food and beverages are successfully married<\/h2>\n

The drinks are an important part of your experience with us and something we spend a lot of time and effort on. It begins with a close contact between AVEQIAs head chef and the excellent sommeliers at Provinum, who collaborate during the testing of new dishes for our new menus. It is a consultative process where they consider which wines that would suit the food. The wines are then sampled during the testing of the menu so we can ensure that the combination of food and wine really is the best we can achieve.<\/p>\n

Corporate Alcohol policy<\/h3>\n

If your company has a policy that limits the amount of alcohol you can include in company events we recommend combining one of our wine packages with our non-alcoholic package. The flavours on the plate are matched with the ones in the glass regardless of whether you choose one of our wine packages or our non-alcoholic drinks package. In this combination we alternate drinks with- and without alcohol.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately we cannot offer BYO as the rules for our liquor license stipulates that we must purchase, sell and report all alcohol that is consumed at AVEQIA to the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n

Standard Drinks package<\/h4>\n

Our first drinks package consists of quality wines carefully selected to match the food on your plates. The wines come from well-known producers from all over the world. Most of them are small scale family run companies with a focus on quality before quantity.<\/p>\n

Wine package “The Sommeliers’ Choice”<\/h4>\n

This is our most popular wine package and it’s a clear upgrade from our Standard package. The focus is still on the combination of food and wine, but here the quality bar is significantly raised all the way from the starter through to dessert.<\/p>\n

Wine package “Grand Cru”<\/h4>\n

This is the wine package for the special occasions when you really have something to celebrate! Exclusive wines from well known producers and some of the very best vintages are included in this package. An experience out of the ordinary!<\/p>\n

Wine package Bespoke<\/h4>\n

This wine package can be described as \u201dnext level\u201d. When you book this experience you will start with a consultation with one of our sommeliers. He\/she will then create a wine package matched with our menu based on your wishes, budget and preferences. Here we include everything from rare wines to top level Champagnes and magical vintages from the very best houses.<\/p>\n

Non-alcoholic Drinks package<\/h4>\n

An experience when it comes to drinks doesn’t have to include alcohol. For the many guests who prefer non-alcoholic drinks we offer a carefully selected package of exciting and interesting drinks. Our focus here is (just as with our wine packages) to match the beverages with the food and to create an experience just as great whether you as a guest choose a beverage package with- or without alcohol.<\/p>\n
