Krispigt stekta kantareller med smarriga majskroketter i hemgjort flatbr\u00f6d &#8211; en sp\u00e4nnande variant p\u00e5 en slags tunnbr\u00f6dsrulle. Flatbr\u00f6den g\u00f6r du enkelt med hj\u00e4lp av en pastamaskin alternativt s\u00e5 kavlar du helt enkelt ut mindre rundlar. H\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken och gr\u00e4dden lite i taget och vispa till en sl\u00e4t smet. Tills\u00e4tt den grillade majsen och sjud p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills smeten tjocknat. Tryck potatisen genom en sil och v\u00e4nd ner i majssmeten. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4gget. Smaka av med salt och peppar och kyl sedan smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Rulla till sm\u00e5 bollar och panera i f\u00f6rst i vetemj\u00f6l sen i vispat \u00e4gg och sist i Panko.
