Den kr\u00e4ver litet planering eftersom du beh\u00f6ver k\u00f6pa hem violessens och lakritspasta via n\u00e4tet. Svart karamellf\u00e4rg g\u00e5r att hitta i v\u00e4lsorterade matbutiker, men \u00e4ven denna \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet. Vi kan dock s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt besv\u00e4ret, d\u00e5 det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en riktigt rolig, sp\u00e4nnande och annorlunda dessert.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>8 &#8211; 10 portioner<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Violglass<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>450 g Mj\u00f6lk Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>150 g Vispgr\u00e4dde Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>4 cl Violessens<\/li>\n<li>3 st \u00c4ggulor<\/li>\n<li>130 g Socker<\/li>\n<li>1 st Gelatinblad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u00e4gg gelatinbladet i kallt vatten s\u00e5 att det t\u00e4cker helt. H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dde i en vid kastrull och l\u00e5t koka upp. Vispa ihop \u00e4ggulor och socker i en bunke. H\u00e4ll 2\/3 av gr\u00e4ddmj\u00f6lken \u00f6ver \u00e4ggsmeten i en str\u00e5le och r\u00f6r tills allt l\u00f6st sig. H\u00e4ll tillbaka blandningen i kastrullen och v\u00e4rm under st\u00e4ndig omr\u00f6rning till 85\u00b0C. Tag av v\u00e4rmen och tills\u00e4tt det urkramade gelatinbladet och violessens. Sila glassmeten och k\u00f6r i glassmaskin.<\/p>\n<h3>Lakritscurd<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10 g Svart livsmedelsf\u00e4rg<\/li>\n<li>20 g Lakritspasta<\/li>\n<li>20 g \u00c4ppelmust<\/li>\n<li>100 g Socker<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00c4gg<\/li>\n<li>150 g Sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop alla ingredienserna utom sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. Koka upp p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme under st\u00e4ndig vispning, l\u00e5t koka i 1 minut. Tag av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och mixa ner sm\u00f6ret med en stavmixer. Fyll i spritsp\u00e5se och st\u00e4ll i kyl.<\/p>\n<h3>Gr\u00e4dde och b\u00e4r<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl Socker<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl Vatten<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc st Citron (saften)<\/li>\n<li>4 st Citrontimjankvistar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd st Vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk Violessens<\/li>\n<li>100 g Bl\u00e5b\u00e4r frysta<\/li>\n<li>100 g Bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r frysta<\/li>\n<li>100 g B\u00e4r till garnering<\/li>\n<li>1 dl Gr\u00e4dde Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vispa gr\u00e4dden l\u00e4tt, st\u00e4ll kallt tills servering. Dela b\u00e4ren till garnering s\u00e5 alla f\u00e5r lika m\u00e5nga delar. Koka upp de \u00e5terst\u00e5ende ingredienserna och h\u00e4ll lagen \u00f6ver de tinade b\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<h3>Kaksmulor och \u00f6rter<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl Vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 msk Socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl Havregryn<\/li>\n<li>75 g Sm\u00f6r Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>10 kvistar Citronmeliss<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienser (utom Citronmelissen) s\u00e5 att de precis g\u00e5r ihop till en deg. Platta ut degen p\u00e5 en silikonmatta och baka i ugn p\u00e5 175\u00b0C tills den f\u00e5r en gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t svalna lite och smula sedan ned blandningen, spara till servering. Plocka Citronmelissen och l\u00e4gg i kallt vatten tills det \u00e4r dags att servera.<\/p>\n<h3>Vid servering<\/h3>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp alla komponenterna snyggt p\u00e5 tallrik (vi rekommenderar en halvdjup tallrik).
