Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let och vispa ihop. H\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken och gr\u00e4dden lite i taget och vispa till en sl\u00e4t smet. Sjud p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills smeten tjocknat. Passera potatisen genom en sil och v\u00e4nd ner i smeten. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4gget. Smaka av med salt och peppar och kyl sedan smeten. Riv osten och tills\u00e4tt den.<\/p>\n<p>Rulla till sm\u00e5 bollar och panera i f\u00f6rst i vetemj\u00f6l sen i vispat \u00e4gg och sist i panko.
