I det h\u00e4r receptet g\u00e4ller det att vara uppm\u00e4rksam d\u00e5 du skall \u00e5teranv\u00e4nda m\u00e5nga element p\u00e5 olika st\u00e4llen. Sk\u00e4r rabarbern i ca 15cm l\u00e5nga bitar och l\u00e4gg i en vakuump\u00e5se (om du inte har n\u00e5gon vakuum maskin s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg rabarbern i en plastp\u00e5se och sug ut s\u00e5 mycket luft du kan, f\u00f6rslut). R\u00e5safta putset fr\u00e5n rabarbern (eller anv\u00e4nd f\u00e4rdig rabarberjuice).<\/p>\n<p>Koka bj\u00f6rksav, rabarberjuice, socker och f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n tills sockret har sm\u00e4lt och f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6na \u00e4r mjuka. Sila av f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6na (spara fr\u00f6na i en bunke), h\u00e4ll ner lagen i p\u00e5sen med rabarbern och f\u00f6rslut. Baka i vattenbad eller i \u00e5ngugn ca 5-10 minuter p\u00e5 80\u00b0C. (Om du inte har tillg\u00e5ng till en vakuummaskin kan du l\u00e5ta rabarbern sjuda i lagen p\u00e5 spisen ist\u00e4llet).
