M\u00f6tet mellan kakan med sin smarriga chokladglasyr, de kanderade f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6na med l\u00e4tt lakritston och den friska, l\u00e4tta filmj\u00f6lkssorbeten blir en trevlig avslutning p\u00e5 en god middag.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e4cker till ca 10 portioner<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Nyponkaka<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>30 st Nypon<\/li>\n<li>1 st Apelsin<\/li>\n<li>375 g Mj\u00f6lk Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>390 g Socker<\/li>\n<li>165 g Sm\u00f6r Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>4 st \u00c4gg<\/li>\n<li>315 g Vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>3 tsk Bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk Salt<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6r Arla\u00ae till sm\u00f6rjning<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tag bort kvistarna fr\u00e5n nyponen. V\u00e4nd sedan ner mj\u00f6lk och nyponblandningen f\u00f6rsiktigt i\u00a0 \u00e4ggsmeten. Sm\u00f6rj en pl\u00e5t med sm\u00f6r och t\u00e4ck med str\u00f6br\u00f6d. H\u00e4ll kaksmeten p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten och bred ut den j\u00e4mnt och fint. Baka p\u00e5 180\u00b0C i ca 15 min. L\u00e5t svalna och stansa sedan ut kakan i \u00f6nskad portionsstorlek.<\/p>\n<p>Torka resterande kaka p\u00e5 torkprogrammet 100\u00b0C &#8211; har du inte ett torkprogram, s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt in kakan p\u00e5 100\u00b0 och stick in en tr\u00e4slev i \u00f6ppningen av ugnsluckan s\u00e5 eventuell fukt kan smita ut.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Filmj\u00f6lkssorbet smaksatt med myskmadra<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl Mj\u00f6lk Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>1 dl Socker<\/li>\n<li>30 g Glykossirap<\/li>\n<li>2 g Torkad myskmadra (kan ers\u00e4ttas med en liten bit kanelst\u00e5ng)<\/li>\n<li>4,4 g Agar agar<\/li>\n<li>3 dl Filmj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koka mj\u00f6lken med socker, glykos, agar agar och myskmadran. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och dra i ca 15 min, sila sedan av myskmadran. L\u00e5t svalna till rumstemperatur och r\u00f6r ned i filmj\u00f6lken. H\u00e4ll ned sorbetsmeten i en beh\u00e5llare och frys in.<\/p>\n<h4>Kanderade f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd dl F\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>1 dl Socker<\/li>\n<li>2 dl Vatten<\/li>\n<li>30 g Honung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Till kandering<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 dl Florsocker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koka upp vatten, socker, honung och f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n tills fr\u00f6na blir mjuka. Sila av (spara v\u00e4tskan).<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t svalna. V\u00e4nd runt f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6na i florsockret och se till att alla fr\u00f6n \u00e4r t\u00e4ckta. Om sockret inte f\u00e4ster ordentligt p\u00e5 fr\u00f6na, tills\u00e4tt lite av lagen och forts\u00e4tt slunga runt. H\u00e4ll ut fr\u00f6na p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och l\u00e5t torka i rumstemperatur.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Chokladglasyr<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g Gr\u00e4dde Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>225 g Choklad<\/li>\n<li>12 g Gelatin<\/li>\n<li>25 g Glykos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg gelatinbladen. Koka upp gr\u00e4dde och glykos. Krama ur vattnet ur gelatinbladen och vispa ner gelatinet i den varma v\u00e4tskan. H\u00e4ll den varma v\u00e4tskan \u00f6ver chokladen och vispa ihop till en sl\u00e4t smet. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i bunken tills chokladsmeten n\u00e5r en temperatur av 35\u00b0C.
