L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttet i en tryckkokare och l\u00e5t koka i 1 timme. Sl\u00e4pp ut \u00e5ngan och sila av fonden i en kastrull. Plocka k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n benen. H\u00e4ll i r\u00f6dvinet och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ner till h\u00e4lften.<\/p>\n<p>Finhacka schalottenl\u00f6karna och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Tills\u00e4tt det plockade lamml\u00e4gget och den hackade schalottenl\u00f6ken till den reducerade s\u00e5sen.
