Strain the rice and retain the milk in a separate saucepan. Add coconut milk and the hazelnut butter to the milk. Strain and run in ice cream maker.<\/p>\n<h3>Banana &amp; Chocolate parfait<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g Double cream<\/li>\n<li>100 g Dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>2 Gelatine leaves<\/li>\n<li>100 g Double cream Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>4 Egg white<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp\u00a0Sugar<\/li>\n<li>100 g Banana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Bring the first lot of cream to a boil, add the chocolate and the gelatine sheets. Place the banana in a food processor and run until smooth. Whisk egg white and sugar fluffy. Whip cream. Mix the egg whites with the cream and banana and fold carefully so that the batter doesn\u2019t collapse. Take the chocolate mixture and fold gently into the batter so that you achieve a marbled pattern. Place mixture in a mould and freeze until serving.<\/p>\n<h3>Peanut Cream<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g Banana<\/li>\n<li>60 g Salty Peanuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix the bananas and peanuts in a food processor until smooth and season with salt. Place in piping bag.<\/p>\n<h3>Crispy Plantain<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd Plaintain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shave the plaintain thinly on a mandolin, deep fry at 140\u00b0C until crispy. Season with salt and drain on kitchen roll.<\/p>\n<h3>White chocolate snow<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>20 g White Chocolate<\/li>\n<li>5 g Malto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie (water bath), remove bowl from heat and stir in the malto using a whisk until you achieve a snow-like powder.<\/p>\n<h3>Butterscotch sauce<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml Sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Vanilla pod<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp\u00a0Cocoa<\/li>\n<li>50 ml Golden syrup<\/li>\n<li>50 ml Double cream Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>50 g\u00a0Butter Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bring all ingredients to the boil in a saucepan just before serving.<\/p>\n<h3>Other<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g\u00a0Blueberries (frozen)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp Sugar<\/li>\n<li>200 ml Double Cream Arla\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>2 Bananas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cut bananas according to instruction. Whip cream. Just before serving; mix half of the frozen blueberries with half of the sugar and boil. Mix the remaining blueberries with the rest of the sugar and use for decoration.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange all ingredients around the chocolate parfait and serve!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":24985,"template":"","recipe_category":[],"course":[224],"season":[],"class_list":["post-27094","recipe","type-recipe","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","course-desserts"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
