R\u00e4cker till ca 10 personer!<\/p>\n<h3>Kavringskn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>125 g Vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>25 g R\u00e5gmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>5 g Sirap<\/li>\n<li>5 g Salt<\/li>\n<li>50 g Kavringskrydda<\/li>\n<li>1,4 g Torrj\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>100 g Mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienser i en bakmaskin med degkrok till en fast och smidig deg. L\u00e4gg degen i en vakuump\u00e5se och l\u00e5t vila i 15 minuter.<br \/>\nKavla ut degen tunt i en pastamaskin till tjocklek nummer 7. Stansa ut kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6det med en stansring och baka p\u00e5 150\u00b0C i 14 minuter mellan tv\u00e5 silikonmattor f\u00f6r att undvika att kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6det sufflerar f\u00f6r mycket.<\/p>\n<h3>\nMatjessillskum<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 st \u00c4gg<\/li>\n<li>13 g Citronjuice<\/li>\n<li>300 g Sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>120 g Matjessill<\/li>\n<li>30 g Matjeslag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bryn sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull till 150\u00b0C och tills\u00e4tt matjessill med lag. Dra av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna till cirka 60\u00b0C.<br \/>\nMixa \u00e4gg och citronjuice i en blender och tills\u00e4tt matjessm\u00f6ret i en tunn str\u00e5le. H\u00e4ll upp i en sifon och ladda med 2 patroner.<br \/>\nBaka p\u00e5 65\u00b0C i vattenbad.<\/p>\n<h3>\nSaltbakad f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8% Saltvatten<\/li>\n<li>500 g F\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koka upp saltlagen och koka potatisen i 10 minuter. H\u00e4ll av potatisen och l\u00e5t \u00e5nga av ordentligt. Baka potatisen i ugn p\u00e5 230\u00b0C i 20 minuter. L\u00e5t svalna, sk\u00e4r i tunna skivor och pensla med dill- och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ksm\u00f6r.<br \/>\nV\u00e4rm f\u00f6re servering.<\/p>\n<h3>Grillad krondillsgurka<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g \u00c4mnesgurka<\/li>\n<li>50 g Krondillslag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nagga gurkan med en kniv och pensla med rapsolja. Grilla p\u00e5 kolgrill tills den f\u00e5tt tydlig f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg i vakuump\u00e5se tillsammans med krondillslag och l\u00e5t marinera s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge som m\u00f6jligt. Skiva upp f\u00f6re servering.<\/p>\n<h3>Syrlig gr\u00e4ddfil<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g Gr\u00e4ddfil<\/li>\n<li>15 g Citronjuice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koka gr\u00e4ddfil och citronjuice i cirka 1\u20132 minuter. H\u00e4ll upp i silduk och l\u00e5t rinna av.<\/p>\n<h3>Dill- och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ksm\u00f6r<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>20 g Dill<\/li>\n<li>10 g Gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>100 g Sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hacka gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och dill. Bryn sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t svalna. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6rterna n\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret har svalnat.<\/p>\n<h3>Picklad p\u00e4rll\u00f6k<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 st P\u00e4rll\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>100 g Fl\u00e4derpickleslag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skiva p\u00e4rll\u00f6ken i ringar p\u00e5 mandolin. L\u00e4gg i en bunke och tills\u00e4tt fl\u00e4derpickleslag.<\/p>\n<h3>Garnityr<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10 g Gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>10 g Dill<\/li>\n<li>50 g Boxholms Kryddost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plocka dill och finhacka gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.
