In order to offer our guests a high-class gastronomic experience we have a partnership with well known vegan and raw food chef Ida Högberg. In collaboration with AVEQIAs team of chefs Ida has created an exciting menu and inspiring experience. The 4-course menu that we prepare together consists of creatively prepared vegetables.

Start your experience in style with a drink and Amuse Bouche. Have fun preparing a Michelin star, Scandinavian inspired menu together under the guidance of your own private chef in our state-of-the-art kitchen/dining rooms. Enjoy your session with wine and refreshments to stimulate your appetite. Following the hands-on cookery session, sit down with your party and savor your gourmet creations together with specially selected wines by our in-house sommelier.
We want to ensure your AVEQIA experience is one to remember; therefore you will have access to our cameras to capture your group’s evening with us. As our guest, you will also receive your very own apron to take home as well as access to ClubAVEQIA, where recipes as well as your images will be available for you to view.

At our two studios we can cater for groups between 8-160 guests (Stockholm) and 8-90 guests (Gothenburg). Our Christmas menu is a four course tasting menu where we’ve selected the best produce of the season and allowed the traditional aromas and flavours of Christmas to inspire us. However, the dishes are modern and a refreshing alternative to a traditional christmas dinner. Go to our menus to get a feel for what it can look like.
On these occasions you don’t have roll up your sleeves or pull on an apron as the chefs are centre stage. They set the menu and theme based on what they are interested in and inspired by at the time. This means that you and your guests are able to stand next to the chef, drink fantastic wines, observe and ask questions as your meal is cooked before you.
We use our smallest kitchen studios for these dinners and this means we’ve only got 8 seats available for a truly intimate experience. The menu can vary in size from 4-10 dishes and it’s only the chefs imagination that sets the limits. The drinks are of course matched with the menu as always at AVEQIA.
You are able to book our Chef’s Table as a private or corporate event. If you would like us to arrange a bespoke Chef’s Table for you, please don’t hesitate to let us know your requirements.
Sometimes you need to discuss sensitive matters, have very high profile guests, or you may simply want to relax in a totally private environment. At AVEQIA we have great experience in handling board meetings, closing dinners, management team get togethers or the like. Our private dining rooms guarantees seclusion for all our clients.
You can choose to engage your group in our Interactive cooking activity or you can book your private chef to prepare and serve you your meal in your private dining room. You can also choose our Chef’s Table if you’d like the dinner to be a bit more entertaining! We offer packages based on guest numbers and the private room is always included in the cover price.

Whether you’re running a team building exercise or want to develop your relationships with a client we can find the perfect tasting session to enhance your evening. We provide everything from classic wine tastings, to more experimental food and wine tastings. For the discerning client; why not try our very popular Champagne tastings, or your favourite wine region or grape. Whichever session you choose we will create a relaxing, fun and educational event.

Under the guidance of our professional chefs you prepare food that you’ll enjoy together as a group. You will use ingredients and techniques that are at the highest international standards and we can guarantee that you and your guests will be inspired throughout the experience.
At AVEQIA we find that a love of food and dining unifies people and the experience of cooking engages your participants in a unique way, whether an experienced or novice cook. Our professional chefs will explain the menu and different techniques, which will continually educate and inspire your guests during your event.
There is a bit of excitement in the air…. It’s not every day that your guests cook fine food together with highly trained chefs, and to make everyone feel welcome we start the lunch or dinner with a drinks reception.
Each cooking station is allocated a team to prepare, cook and plate up one of the dishes from the menu. Creating teams within your party is often an important part of the experience. These teams can be designed to allow guests to find new depth in existing relationships, or to serve as an introduction. Everyone dons an AVEQIA apron, roll up their sleeves and are guided by our chefs through a world of aromas, flavours and techniques to the final destination; your menu.
Our Interactive Cooking & Dining experience is an engaging and collaborative event and when all the preparations are finished, it’s nice to relax at the table and enjoy the meal, the company and some great wines. The dishes are served with pride by each team to their fellow guests. It is truly a night to remember!
To complete the activity, we finish the experience by inviting your guests to the bar for digestifs or a coffee, which enables you to wrap up important discussions or share experiences with their team and fellow guests.
After the event we will send you a link to the menu with recipes and wine pairings so you and your guests are able to recreate the magic from the evening at home!
A party without photos never happened and your guests’ own photos are incredibly valuable in the continued rapport created at the event. Following your event we will send you a link to the private album your group created using one of our SLRs. Here you are able to download and share the pictures with your guests.
