In order to offer our guests a high-class gastronomic experience we have a partnership with well known vegan and raw food chef Ida Högberg. In collaboration with AVEQIAs team of chefs Ida has created an exciting menu and inspiring experience. The 4-course menu that we prepare together consists of creatively prepared vegetables.

A successful event should always have great food. AVEQIA will help you secure this, regardless if you require catering for your company event, a private chef to cook dinner at your house, or a three-course seated dinner in an airplane hangar.
With a complete catering permit we can assist you in the creation of fantastic events with excellent food and drink at your offsite event. Prices vary depending on what your requirements are, but buffés start from 595:-/person. Three course dinners cost from 1295:-/person. Chefs on site, glass-and china hire, transport and waitress service are extra. We also have a minimum spend policy per event.

Start your experience in style with a drink and Amuse Bouche. Have fun preparing a Michelin star, Scandinavian inspired menu together under the guidance of your own private chef in our state-of-the-art kitchen/dining rooms. Enjoy your session with wine and refreshments to stimulate your appetite. Following the hands-on cookery session, sit down with your party and savor your gourmet creations together with specially selected wines by our in-house sommelier.
We want to ensure your AVEQIA experience is one to remember; therefore you will have access to our cameras to capture your group’s evening with us. As our guest, you will also receive your very own apron to take home as well as access to ClubAVEQIA, where recipes as well as your images will be available for you to view.
