Welcome to AVEQIA’s autumn menu!

Valid between September 1 – November 17, 2025

This autumn menu features flavors that truly capture the season. You’ll be baking turbot with a scallop mousseline, match chanterelles to a crispy croquette with charred sweetcorn and forest elements, and work with a juicy roast duck with rich accompaniments. The evening is rounded off with an elegant chocolate-glazed éclair filled with autumn apples, roasted white chocolate and hazelnuts.

Milk-baked turbot with scallop mousseline with elderflower and courgette and a kimchi beurre blanc

Crispy croquette with charred sweetcorn, chanterelles and mushroom emulsion, spruce shoots and mushroom foam

Roast duck with orange glazed duck leg, pumpkin cream, chicken liver mousse and reduced duck gravy

Chocolate glazed éclair filled with apple compote and cream of roasted white chocolate, hazelnuts and apple ice cream
