The winter cold bites the cheeks and the darkness blanket the days – but inside AVEQIA it’s warm, bright and the air is filled with aromas that tempt the taste buds. Our chefs have created a winter menu that draws inspiration from both the sea and the forest, with the best seasonal ingredients in focus.
With warming flavors and creative techniques, we invite you to leave the cold outside and together with our chefs create a tasty experience that warms both the body and soul.

Spiced cured rainbow trout with apple stuffed kohlrabi, potato balls, buttermilk foam and smoked egg yolk
Pumpkin tortellini with hazelnuts, pickled pumpkin and Beurre blanc
Roasted venison with herbs, stuffed morels, glazed beets, lingonberry pearls and green pepper sauce
Orange macaron with sea buckthorn sorbet, variation of chocolate and marinated blood orange
