Welcome to the AVEQIA Christmas Menu!

November 18th – January 12th

Winter is approaching, even though autumn is still lingering with mild temperatures. But we’re getting closer to Christmas and it’s time for us to change the menu again and this time our talented chefs offer an exciting menu filled with fine ingredients from the sea, forest and mountains. As usual, we flirt a little with the flavors and scents of Christmas this season, without it being a Christmas table in any way.

Langoustine and scallop tartare, melon beetroot, radish and langoustine bisque

Gnocchi with lovage, butter sauce with fermented cabbage, spicy cheese and licorice-infused cabbage leaf

Spiced reindeer with leek tarte tatin, crispy artichokes, emulsion on juniper smoked oil and port wine cloud

Spicy cloudberries with chocolate, buckwheat cream, vanilla ice cream, waffle and cloudberry syrup
